Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have a flat roof that was in horrible shape. Charlotte’s Best Roofing not only did a great job with the replacement, but their communication is top notch, which seems to be hard to come by with most contractors.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Mark by scouring Reddit to make sure I was choosing a reliable contractor for our roofing repairs. I could not be happier with the experience! Mark was very professional and transparent. He was honest about what was needed and what could wait, the service was prompt and the price was fair. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From estimate to finish, great experience with Charlotte's Best Roofing and Gutters. The work was completed promptly, quietly and efficiently. The crew was kind and cleaned up well. And the gutters look fantastic. Two major rain storms and all seems to be working perfect.y.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We experienced a leak through the drywall in our living room from an over-flow where our gutters and roof angles converged. Charlotte’s Best Roofing and Gutters put larger gutters in place and repaired the sofits so a similar leak would not occur in the future. They did excellent work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We reached out to Charlotte's Best after a friend referred them to us when we noticed a water stain developing in our old roof. Mark was very responsive and easy to work with to get it patched up! They worked with our schedule and billing was straightforward - would use them again in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our roof needs replacing, but we're still saving up, and had to get some weak points patched in the meantime, and they were very responsive and professional from start to finish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and has the background to help us navigate the insurance claim process effectively. He is upfront about potential risks and does not over-promise. Thanks to his expertise, we successfully secured a new roof. His team arrived early, completed the work by late afternoon, and maintained a clean, professional workspace. I highly recommend his services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had Charlotte's Best Roofing quote me for gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, and soffit repair. They came out quickly, have me a fair price, and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend them and will be using them again for any future work.
